By strategically incorporating functional elements such as Roll A Shade window shades for optimal light control and Duratec wall protection in high-traffic areas, MDC has elevated the club’s spaces to new heights of comfort and style. Elevating The Experience
A transformative redesign elevated the club’s most frequented areas:
Fairway Lounge: The sophisticated welcome is enhanced by luxurious District Silk in Ink Presswalls, a striking geometric ceiling crafted from Zintra Sticks Wide in Spotted Gum and elegant Howard Elliott Decor and Mirrors.
Grill: Fresh Plaid in Oatmeal wallcoverings set the stage for lively gatherings, complemented by the whimsical Cassidy in Rodeo divider, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
Wine Room: A captivating ambiance is achieved through Geo Metro in Blueprint’s modern lines, rich Cassidy in Mustang accents and a sense of refined sophistication.
Palm Room: The serene escape is further enhanced by Akiko in Mellow Mood, a wallcovering with calming hues, a LiquaPearl (LP 1301) ceiling and the addition of stylish Howard Elliott Decor and Mirrors.
Oak Room: Big Sur in Cala Lily wallcoverings provide a timeless backdrop for cherished memories, creating a classic and elegant setting.
Back Of House and Golfers Stairwell: Duratec Omicron in Eggshell offers wall protection against spills, scuffs and more, providing superior durability and easy-to-clean surfaces in these high-traffic areas.
Zintra: A Fireproof Fixture
Additionally, all products used in the Elgin Country Club renovation are Class A fire rated, a testament to their exceptional safety. This was highlighted during a recent fire at a nearby construction site. The Zintra ceiling, directly exposed to an open flame for three hours, remained remarkably resilient. It neither caught fire, warped nor burned, suffering only minor smoke damage. Importantly, the Zintra ceiling prevented the fire from spreading throughout the club, demonstrating its exceptional fire resistance and safety.
Throughout the project, our MDC Account Executives were there every step of the way, suggesting finish options based on performance needs and so much more. The final result is a welcoming retreat poised to create countless cherished memories for its members.
